2025 Emma Week
Emma Week 2025, taking place virtually on June 24–25, is all about student empowerment. Centered around the theme “Against the Grain: Leading from the Edge,” this year’s experience will celebrate bold ideas, fresh perspectives, and the many ways emerging leaders are shaping the future of media, technology, and beyond.
Designed primarily for EBF fellows and students, the conference offers a dynamic space for connection, inspiration, and professional growth. Through keynote events, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities, students will engage directly with industry leaders, alumni, and EBF’s partner network.
We also invite our valued partners, alumni, and professionals to join us—whether you're sharing your expertise, recruiting talent, or connecting with the next generation of changemakers.
Emma Week introduces students to all of EBF’s partner companies, as well as connects partners to EBF’s vibrant talent community, which includes interns at other EBF partner companies, alumni, and members of the ALL Multicultural Media Professionals (AMMP) Network.
