What are EBF Councils?
EBF Councils are discipline-focused groups designed to give space for EBF Advisory Council members to engage more consistently with the EBF community and stay regularly informed of EBF activities. EBF Councils will provide NAC members with an opportunity to share knowledge and best practices, provide feedback on the effectiveness of relevant EBF programs, strengthen connections to peers in the EBF community, and help EBF build meaningful programming for students and alumni. EBF Councils meet on an ad-hoc basis.
NAC
The National Advisory Council (NAC) serves as EBF’s primary vehicle for senior-level partner engagement and a stepping-stone for future members of the EBF Board of Directors. NAC members are expected to advocate internally for EBF and would be the primary contact for various partnership benefits, key EBF programs, and sponsorship opportunities. The NAC meets annually at our summer conference. We also encourage NAC members to participate in our discipline-specific councils, such as the DEI, HR and Tech Council.
